Complaints Procedure

Last updated: 05/09/2026

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly. This page explains how to raise a complaint with Think & Shop and what to expect.

What This Covers

This procedure applies to complaints about Think & Shop itself — such as our website content, editorial accuracy, advertising practices, or how we’ve handled your data.

Important: if your complaint relates to an actual order — a product you purchased, its delivery, a return, or a refund — that complaint should go directly to the retailer you purchased from, as they process and fulfil all orders. Think & Shop is not able to intervene in retailer transactions. See our Merchant Responsibility Statement for more detail.

How to Raise a Complaint

Send us the details of your complaint, including:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any relevant page URL(s) or screenshots
  • Your contact details

Email: complaints@thinkandshop.com

What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days
  2. We will review the issue and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days
  3. If your complaint requires more time to investigate, we will let you know and provide a revised timeframe
  4. Once resolved, we will confirm the outcome and any action taken with you directly
