This page clarifies the division of responsibility between Think & Shop and the retailers (“merchants”) featured on our website.
Think & Shop’s Role
Think & Shop is a fashion discovery and affiliate referral platform. We help you find and compare products from a range of retailers. We do not:
- Sell products directly
- Process payments
- Hold or ship inventory
- Set final prices (we display retailer-provided pricing, which can change)
The Retailer’s Role
Once you click a “View at Retailer” link and leave Think & Shop, you are purchasing directly from that retailer. The retailer is solely responsible for:
- Payment processing — securely handling your payment details and transaction
- Order fulfilment — packing and shipping your order
- Delivery — timelines, tracking, and delivery issues
- Returns and exchanges — their own returns policy and process
- Refunds — issuing refunds according to their terms
- Warranties and guarantees — any product warranty is provided and honoured by the retailer or manufacturer, not Think & Shop
- Customer service — handling questions or issues related to your specific order
Why This Matters
Because Think & Shop does not process your order, we do not have access to your payment information, order status, or delivery details. If you have a question about an order, the fastest and most accurate answer will always come directly from the retailer.
